Yes we do. We offer a fitting service for those looking to buy new boots, including heat molding, shell stretching and customer insoles.
We'll also help resolve discomfort in boots you have purchased elsewhere.
We would recommend that you allow a couple of hours.
Yes! If you already have sock that you are planning to wear whilst skiing/ Snowboarding, please bring them with you. If you don't have socks we have a wide range available to buy. Also wear trousers that can easily be pulled up to knee height.
For the most part yes, but, there are situations where more work is required than is possible while you are in store. In these situations you'll leave the boots with us to carry out the work.
If you purchase the boots then yes! If, however, you choose not to buy them there is a £40 fitting fee. If you require addition items to complete you fit (footbeds) these are chargeable.
It's a good idea. While it is possible to just turn up you need to be prepared that if we are busy we might not be able to accommodate you there and then.
